Jon will join the “Emerging Leaders Disruptive by Design Panel: Elevating Mission Assurance – Securing C2 and Data Integrity in UAS/C-UAS Operations.”
Unmanned Aerial Systems and Counter-UAS platforms play a critical role in today’s joint force operations, but their reliance on digital command and control, data fusion, and software supply chains introduces new cyber and operational risks. These systems are increasingly exposed to threats such as RF jamming, cyber takeover, GPS spoofing, directed energy, supply chain insertion attacks, and kinetic disruption.
This panel will examine the engineering resilience required to secure UAS and C-UAS operations, with a focus on protecting C2 platforms, strengthening data integrity, enabling automated target pairing and sensor fusion, and balancing cryptographic verification with modular, open-architecture standards in decentralized environments.
