RunSafe’s Doug Britton to Speak at 2026 Emerging Technologies for Defense Conference

Event: 2026 Emerging Technologies for Defense
Dates: September 8–10, 2026
Location: Washington, D.C.
Talk: “Taking Memory Exploits Off the Table in the Age of AI-Accelerated Cyber Warfare”
Speaker: Doug Britton, Chief Strategy Officer, RunSafe Security
Time: Thursday, September 10, 1:35-1:50 pm

RunSafe Security CSO Doug Britton will speak at the Emerging Technologies for Defense Conference this fall on methods for reducing the exploitability of defense software in the age of AI.

AI-enabled offensive tooling and autonomous vulnerability discovery platforms are dramatically accelerating the speed at which attackers can identify, weaponize, and operationalize software vulnerabilities—especially memory-safety flaws that proliferate in critical infrastructure and defense-system exploit chains.

Doug will examine why memory corruption vulnerabilities remain among the most dangerous and persistent attack vectors in modern defense software.

He will also discuss how RunSafe Security’s Load-time Function Randomization (LFR) technology allows defenders to eliminate exploits rather than endlessly chase vulnerabilities after disclosure.
