RunSafe Speaking at OWASP BSAC 2026

Event: OWASP Boston Application Security Summit
Date: Saturday, April 11, 2026
Location: Boston, MA

RunSafe Security is excited to have Kelli Schwalm, Director of SBOM, presenting at this year’s OWASP Boston Application Security Summit (BSAC) on April 11.

Kelli will be speaking on “Your SBOM Is Probably Wrong: Here’s How to Know.” While organizations are producing more SBOMs than ever before, do they accurately represent the software that is actually shipped?

Kelli’s session will cover why generating trusted SBOMs is difficult, how to evaluate SBOM generators, and how to keep SBOMs accurate over time.

Ultimately, missing components, bad metadata, and supply chain drift directly undermine vulnerability management and compliance. It’s important to know where to start to close those gaps.

We hope to see you there!
